Rules for your use of Kudos
Kudos was created to give you a safer place to communicate with your friends. Safety and respect for others is very important in Kudos. Here you can post videos, pictures, react to and comment on posts by friends and join groups for sharing with others who have the same interests.
Your shared video/pictures are only available to be seen by the friends you have accepted. But keep in mind that, if you share your images on groups, those pictures will be seen by ALL members in that group.
To use Kudos, you must promise:
• To post only your own video and pictures which you have permission to post
• Never to post video or pictures of other people without their permission
• Never to post your personal information or the personal information of others, including phone number, email, home address or usernames from other social media sites or applications.
• Never to bully or harass others
• To be positive, supportive and kind to others in the Kudos community
Use of Kudos
These are the rules you must follow to use Kudos. If you break these rules, we will delete your video, picture or comment and we could temporarily block your account or delete your account entirely.
If you are a child, your parent/legal guardian must grant you the right to access and use Kudos. That is the law in the US. Some other countries also require parental permission for children and minors.
All information you provided to Kudos during your registration must be accurate and true.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. Do not post pictures that contain nudity or are violent. Be kind. Use positive language in your comments. Don’t start negative conversations that could hurt others.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and secure. Don’t let anyone else post in your name.
Contributions to Kudos
When you post a picture to Kudos, you understand that you are sharing it with the public. If you don't want many people to see it, don’t post the video or picture.
When you post a video or picture on Kudos, you must be sure that it is your original video or picture. If not, make sure you have permission to share it and do not let people think it is your original work if it is not.
Never ever post videos, pictures or comments to Kudos that are hurtful, violent, or are racially offensive. A great rule is not to post anything your parents wouldn’t want you to post.
Don’t ever post pictures of other people without their permission and the permission of their parents.
When you post using the Groups public feature, it means that you are allowing everyone to access and use that information and to associate it with you.
Kudos respects the privacy of all our users and we will not share your personal information with anyone. So please do not share contact information, phone numbers, addresses, locations, user names or links for other application or web sites for yourself or any other person on Kudos.
One final and most important rule: be safe and have fun!
A positive Kudos community ROCKS!
