We’ve rolled out a series of Kudos platform upgrades designed to make recognition easier to manage, more meaningful for employees, and more insightful for leaders and managers. From global language support and smarter rewards controls to improved reporting, admin security, and integrations, these updates help teams scale recognition with less effort and more confidence.
Whether you’re already using Kudos or just starting to explore what modern recognition should look like, what matters most is choosing a solution that keeps improving and adapting to today's workplaces.
At Kudos, we build with intention, listen closely to our users, learn from how teams actually work, and continuously evolve the Kudos platform to meet the real challenges HR leaders face today.
Below is a look at the latest product updates and enhancements, now live, designed to give organizations like yours more flexibility, better insights, and a recognition experience people genuinely enjoy and keep coming back to.
The challenge: As teams expand across regions, inconsistent language support can quietly limit participation and inclusion.
The solution:
Expanded Language Support
Kudos now supports Simplified Chinese as a language option in user settings, helping global and multilingual teams participate in recognition more naturally. For organizations scaling across regions, this means fewer barriers and a more inclusive employee experience. Other supported languages include English, French, and Spanish.
The challenge: Rewards programs can feel rigid, hard to manage, or disconnected from company culture.
The solution:

Custom Rewards Storefronts
You can now create custom rewards storefronts in Kudos for your team, tailoring branding and reward offerings to reflect your company's values and culture. These catalogs of redeemable rewards are 100% unique to you with items like your company-branded swag, or more creative options like gift cards to local businesses, a special parking spot, or lunch with the CEO.
Featured Rewards
Kudos Admins can spotlight specific rewards within the storefront to guide employee choices and promote high-value or time-sensitive items.
Scheduled Reward Availability
Plan ahead with confidence. You can now schedule Rewards to appear or expire automatically; ideal for seasonal campaigns or limited-time offerings.
Inventory Tracking
Built-in inventory tracking gives admins real-time visibility into custom reward availability, helping teams manage budgets and avoid fulfillment issues before they happen.
The challenge: Recognition shouldn’t pause just because someone is on vacation, on leave, or too busy.
The solution:
Activity Delegation
Kudos Admins can specify individuals who can send recognition on behalf of other team members, ensuring appreciation continues to be timely regardless of other constraints. A typical use case for this would be to provide permission for an Executive Assistant to send recognition on behalf of their CEO.
The challenge: HR and IT teams need better control without creating barriers for everyday users.
The solution:
Session Duration Timeout
Kudos Admins can now define how long users remain signed in before being automatically logged out to support unique security policies and IT requirements.
Login & Password Reset Improvements
We’ve streamlined login and password reset flows to reduce friction, improve clarity, and help users get back into Kudos faster on their own.
Automated Teams Rule Builder Enhancements
New Country and State-based rules give admins more flexibility when automating team creation, making it easier to manage growing or distributed workforces.
The challenge: With so much valuable data available, finding what you need quickly can become harder than it should be.
The solution:

Updated Main & Admin Menu Navigation
Navigation across the platform has been refined to make it easier for users to find what they need faster.
Optimized Chart Components
All chart components across dashboards and reports have been optimized for improved speed and responsiveness.
The challenge: HR teams often have data, but not always the clarity or structure needed to act on it.
The solution:

Unified Reports Landing Page
A new Reports landing page provides a centralized view of all available reports, making it easier to understand what insights are available and where to find them.
Engagement Summary Report
Kudos Admins can now access a high-level summary report showing overall engagement trends across the platform.
Activity-Level Reports
New detailed reports provide deeper visibility into recognition activity, enabling more granular analysis and insight.
Standardized Report Naming
Reports now follow a clear Summary vs. Activity naming structure, making it easier to understand their purpose at a glance.
Enhanced Redemption Reporting
Redemption reports now include total redemptions, and total points redeemed, giving admins clearer insight into reward engagement and usage trends.
The challenge: Inaccurate or incomplete data syncing creates extra admin work and inconsistent reporting.
The solution:
Enhanced Custom Mapping
For teams integrating Kudos with their HR or identity systems, we’ve improved custom mapping and linked account support, ensuring cleaner data syncs and less manual maintenance as teams grow.
