Calgary, AB & San Francisco, CA (March 8, 2016) – Kudos® today announced the appointment of J.C. Herrera to its Board of Advisors. J.C. Herrera is SVP of Human Resources for Lithium Technologies. J.C. brings a proven 15+ year track record of success in cultivating best-in-class performance cultures leveraging his deep background in global compensation, incentive and rewards programs, learning development, employee engagement and business transformation strategies. He is also an expert in customizing programs that best meet the needs of diverse business models and cultures and respond to today’s dynamically changing landscape. J.C. started his career at Electronic Arts, and progressed into leaderships positions at Documentum/EMC, Dreyer’s/Nestle, and McAfee Inc. (an Intel Company), where he was SVP of Global HR & Learning.
J.C. will work directly with the CEO of Kudos as well as other stakeholders in the areas of product, engagement, and program development.
