Kudos is building a judging panel for the 2026 Best Culture Awards, and we're looking for HR and culture leaders who want to help shape it.

What's involved

Being a judge is a light commitment. InOctober of 2026, you'll receive a short summary of finalist applications to review. That's it. No lengthy time commitment, no ongoing obligation.

In return, you'll be publicly credited as a judge in our press release and on our awards page, and you'll be among the first to see the work being done at standout organizations across industries.

Who we're looking for

We're inviting expressions of interestfrom:

  • CHROs and People & Culture leaders
  • HR analysts, researchers, and workplace culture commentators
  • Authors, speakers, and podcast hosts in the HR space
  • Active voices in HR and culture on LinkedIn
  • Members of the Kudos YYZ, YEG, and YYC Culture Councils
