When you’re changing the world one thank you at time™, there’s no time to rest, which pairs well with our team’s inability to sit still. We’re always tweaking, testing and listening to your feedback to make giving Kudos a fun, engaging experience. After six months in the making, we’re proud to launch this new version of Kudos to our users around the globe. We’re even more proud to say that this release is just the beginning; we’ve got big plans in the works this year.
While the new interface design is easy on the eyes, don’t be fooled; this version of Kudos is more than just a pretty face:
We’ve given recognition messages a new layout, flow and consistent colour scheme that really highlights who is receiving recognition and who is giving it, but we didn’t stop there. The recognition navigation you use to select what type of recognition to give is now more prominent and streamlined. Everything you need to give appreciation is front and center, making team recognition a snap.
Actually, all of the writing is on the same wall! Kudos now has a single feed that puts all your messages, posts and updates in one column for your scrolling pleasure.
There’s a brand new addition to the left side of the ‘Me’ screen, and the focus is you! You now have the full left column dedicated to your picture, information and badges. As well, the left column on the ‘Home’ screen has also been revamped to give you easier access to your KQ, Groups and Pages.
That’s just a few of the new bells and whistles, there’s more to discover. So take the new system for a test drive – go thank a coworker for being awesome right now!
