Over 350 Canadian small business owners and devoted entrepreneurs descended on the MaRS Discovery District for a full day of sessions and networking opportunities to learn about the newest trends and best practices for growing and managing their businesses. Kudos demonstrated how their Corporate Social Network, with their innovative recognition platform, can help organizations engage a multi-generational work force and facilitate mentoring, coaching and knowledge sharing between Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y.
